26 Tasting Notes
My least favorite of the fall teas – I find it has a very fake brown sugar taste and I had a hard detecting much maple flavoring. Basically tastes like sweetened water – not very enjoyable but will give it a few more tries before I write it off completely.
Sweet Apple Cider is perfect for fall, the apple taste is just the right amount of tart and it’s seriously sweet enough on it’s own – which is strange for me because I’ve always got my agave nectar at the ready because I prefer most of my teas sweetened. One of the best of the fall line in my opinion.
Flavors: Apple
My first reaction to this deep purple/red tea, was Christmas in a cup! I know it’s in their fall line but this would have been genius for the winter collection. You know your stereotypical Christmas candle or potpourri smell? Well imagine that in tea form and that’s Yes We Cran. It’s not too tart like I was expecting and just has the perfect amount of spice. Just might repurchase this one.
Flavors: Clove, Cranberry
I like this tea – I don’t really feel that it tastes just like a Snickerdoodle cookie but you definitely get lots of cinnamon flavor. Not too overpowering to me, but enough that I find this tea is one of the most strong, flavorful ones I’ve ever had. Not sure if I’ll be repurchasing but will definitely enjoy what I’ve got.
Flavors: Cinnamon
The smell of this tea is amazing. Very peachy and floral, reminds me of the fuzzy peaches candy. It has a very light taste and I wanted to bring out more of the peach flavor so I tried sweetening it with brown sugar crystals – bad idea. It changed the flavor entirely, I definitely like this tea but will probably experiment with different sweeteners or just stick with it plain.
Flavors: Floral, Hibiscus, Jasmine, Peach
I agree! I tried it as a latte like DavidsTea suggested and I didn’t like it.
