I add a decent amount of milk and sugar to this – it makes it a very dessert-y tea, but honestly, it’s called birthday tea – it should be dessert-y. Without milk and sugar, it’s just kind of fine, whatever. But with? Vanilla icing. Mmm.

i always accidentally overbrew this one. ok, maybe not accident. maybe i should stop generically brewing EVERY tea for 5 minutes.. haha…
Hehe – yeah, for me anything over 4 minutes is… bitterly thick or something like that. Not so good.
