I decided to cold brew this one for 24 hours so I’m drinking my results today. This is such an interesting tea and the cold brewing has brought out some nice lemon-y notes in addition to the savory artichoke. So glad I tried it this way!

Haha, I guess I won’t be trying this unless I purchase some – I just got a sample of 2 for regular hot brewing. Lemon-y notes sound interesting though!
I tried cold brewing this and wow I love it! Its almost like a different tea. I used 2 nettles in my 4oz gaiwan for 32 hours. I think though that it was probably closer to 5 or 6 oz though since it nearly filled my 6oz cup. The lemon flavor is so bizarre.
Yes, very very cool! I hardly ever cold brew teas and it makes me wonder what other teas I should try this with. Here is a pic of the blue nettle experiment: https://twitter.com/Butikiteas/status/208575639031255040/photo/1 The wet leaves are still pretty green after 32 hours of cold brewing which differs from the hot brew.
So Amy, how much tea did you use?
This tea comes in little cones, I used about 7 of them for the cold brew thingie
Is it a quart…….I hate to be so specific all the time. ://
I sent you some Scott if you don’t have any but I didn’t put in 7!

I used my Teavana glass tea tumbler, it has 16 oz in it so that’s why I used a lot.

Stacy – It was really neat, wasn’t it? :)
