All the tasting notes for this tea have disappeared. What’s up with that, Steepster? Argh.
Anyway… I’ve been wanting to try this as a cold brew, so I set that up this morning and will try it out this evening after dinner. Once I had the box open and the wonderful floral honey fragrance was floating out I decided to make a hot cup as well. The taste is mostly chamomile with the vanilla and honey flavors slipping in and out. I enjoy the flavor combination very much. Usually I grab for this one when I’m sick, but it was kinda nice to start the day with something different but comforting.
