33 Tasting Notes
It’s pretty good. After drinking a few cups in a row (hot) I noticed a slight after taste. I’ve drank it both hot and cold and I do think that this taste best as iced tea. It doesn’t even need that much sugar, if any. I’ve had it both with a small amount and without and it’s good both ways.
I adore this tea. It’s my go to whenever I’m not sure what to drink. I make this with 3 tsp with 12 oz of water. I can re-steep this 3 times before I toss out the leaves. It’s light and fragrant. It taste how it smells.
I’ve used both Splenda and the German Rock Sugar and had good results with it. I tried honey once and it really changed the taste of the tea, in a bad way, so skip the honey on this one.
