33 Tasting Notes
I received this as a sample in the mail with my order. I brewed it following the instructions and made it as an iced tea. It’s strong enough that there’s no way this could be considered weak, yet all I can taste is the obvious blueberry with hints of pineapple. I know there is apple and a few other things in the blend, but they are lost on me. The blueberry is really overpowering. There’s a funky flavor at the finish that I can’t identify making it almost medicine like.
Flavors: Blueberry, Fruity, Pineapple
Preparation
Yum!At first I wasn’t sure what to make of this blend being that I didn’t like the Samurai Chai Mate & White Ayurvedic Chai blen. But thankfully this one surprised me. It doesn’t really taste like a Chai to me. More like a rich cinnamon tea. It smells really spicy just like it tastes. I’ll be enjoying this blend! I used 1 tsp of each with about 12 oz of water.
Preparation
I received some of this from fellow Steepster member, Nicole. It came from a store called “Tea Market”, but they repackage other companies tea. I’m sure it’s this one. It looks identical.
Anyways, this tea is just okay. It sort of taste flat to me. There are no distinguishing flavors in my personal opinion. I wouldn’t purchase it, but I’ll finish the sample that I received.
Thanks Nicole!
Preparation
I love this. It’s the perfect size for at work. It works perfectly and the mesh basket is really is fine, which I like. No floating baby leaves in my tea!
The only thing that I wish were different is that I wish the glass were a bit heavier. It just feel so delicate in the hand. The box says that it’s dishwasher and microwave safe, but I’m nervous because of the light weight of the glass. I’ll surely use only the top rack in the dishwasher, or just hand wash it.
I received this as a sample with my order. According to the chart, I was supposed to receive Pistachio Cream instead, but I ended up with this. I was sad when I saw it instead of what I really wanted to try. I actually ordered on the day that I knew that would be a sample. Oh well. I don’t prefer green tea, but it’s okay. I think I don’t like the roses in it. I would never purchase anything with roses as the main ingredient, it just taste odd, like I’m eating flowers. I’ll finish the cup and maybe make another from the same leaves, but I surely wouldn’t buy it.
