First off many thanks to Liquid Proust for a sample of this tea. What juicy fruit laden bomb this is. Sweet honeyed notes of Apricot and pears with a bit of smoky oak and a touch of tannic minerals. This one is a real winner.

Very smooth balanced flavor with lots of cinnamon, brown sugar sweetness and very nice body.

Tried this the first time today. Too early to evaluate it and give my thoughts.

Spending a few sessions with this one. Rinsing the twice at least twice is imperative for me. Even at 7 years of age I pick up a bit of wo dui in the first few seepings.

What a silky smooth tea! Wonderful notes of apple, chocolate, coffee, sweetness

An excellent light oolong. Fruity, highly floral, fresh evergreens, mountain air. Brewed gong fu with 5 sec rinse following by 45 second first infusion with subsequent infusions adding 5 seconds each for a total of 7 infusions.

Very light tea with some sweet notes, cut grass, a hint of some mint. Many better Ali Shans out there.
