Visited today the new teashop Chaya in Helsinki. Scottich Caramel pu ehr tea from this shop is a total delight to senses. The tea smells heavenly before and after steeping. Colour is caramel-dark, and the aroma is strong, velvety and and sweet all the way. Caramel flavour is in harmony with the pu ehr earthy tones. It is a good dessert tea, can´t wait to try it with caramel dessert:). This is better than my previous pu ehr favourite (Numi chocolate pu ehr).

I tasted this tea in the teabag version. The name of this tea promises something very special, but I was disappointed. Firt, the smell isn´t very original. I tasted this tea raw (meaning without milk/honey/sugar) and I wasn´s impressed. To me, it tasted like regular assam tea. It was ok, but I could´t find any real aroma notes that would have really spiced the tea.

Bio vanilla lemon white is fresh and energetic tea. Sweet lemony smell and golden colour. First sip is pure lemon and then later some vanilla. I would like the vanilla aroma to be a bit stronger. Overall an exellent white tea.

If i had to choose one vanilla tea that really is vanillllla, it´s definitely this one. The smell is delicious and the vanilla aroma stays strong when steeped. The pretty tinbox is a plus:)

I bought this tea when visited Paris. I liked those cotton sachets that held the tea. The tea is pleasantly fruity with an elegant twist. Good guality tea! Would recommend:)

Thellou:) Started today my steepster account. Very nice site! I start with chocolate pu ehr. I love this numi version on pu ehr. Its rich, aromatic and not too earthy to my taste. I recommend it warmly to anyone starting to explore pu ehr. I drink this tea at work in the afternoon with a bite of dark chocolate and it really is a moment of joy in my working hours:)
