Good tea but not aged, certainly processed.
One of the better Shous out there for sure though.
I recommened drinking it after the 4th or 5th steeping when it settled down a bit. They did a good job with it. BEST with boiling water
I started loving teas the day I started drinking GOOD teas. I always like the romance of making tea and it took me a while to actually drink good teas. I started with a lot of Chinese teas because that is my cultural background.
I like Pu’er and Oolongs the best probably, but sometimes I try greens and I even dablle with the silly stuff sometimes just for fun. Haha.
