The ambience is relaxed and whimsical. Love the decor, was awe inspiring when I first entered. Would recommend the high tea experience, which includes bottomless tea with over 60 varieties. The shop is quaint and a little small, but very popular. I would recommend making reservations online. There is a 1.5 hour service maximum. Dairy/gluten free options (but you are forced to have both can’t pick just dairy free) Very popular with the female crowd. Most wait staff are males. Service was adequate but not the high quality specialized service that typical comes with a +$30 High tea experience. Nevertheless the charm has one me over and will come again.
