I tasted this blend in the store today while picking up some other teas and I fell in love with the way it tasted in the store. It was prepared hot with their rock sugar. I attempted to re-create that flavor at home and have ended up with something more fruity and citrusy than I earlier tasted. I think I may be going a little light on the rock sugar though. I think this is a very clean, light tea, with obvious citrus notes, and a floral undertone. I have a feeling this would be delicious prepared iced as well, but I haven’t quite mastered that yet. ;)

Sidenote: Upon opening the tin I had my boyfriend take a sniff and his remarks were “Ohhh man! I could bathe in that stuff, holy f**k.” All I could do was laugh.
