Oolonga Send Message

First of all I don’t like the white tea used as a base here, it tastes very close to green tea and feels heavy for a delicate strawberry flavor. Strawberry pieces are extremely scarce, my 1/2 oz sample contained only one so it looks like all the flavoring comes from artificial additives.
The tea is very sensitive to water temperature, if brewed above 185F it gets bitter and unpleasant to drink.

Ginger is overpowering in this tea, at least I think it is ginger… so ginger haters beware! I didn’t notice it provide any help to cope with stress, it’s just isn’t potent enough for that.

Tastes like generic Silver Needle if such thing exists. Not bad but nothing special either, kinda dull. Holds up to 3 infusions.

My favorite white tea from Adagio. Mellow and light, with a touch of Silver Needle sweetness. Highly enjoyable.

Decent Silver Needle. Slightly sweet flavor, not very aromatic. I was able to get 3 quality infusions out of it. My sample contained a noticeable amount of broken leaves. Would not buy again, there are much better Silver Needles out there.

Refreshing and not too minty at all, tastes herbal . Goes well with dessert.
