This is a great fruit tisane and the second time I’ve ordered it from Adagio. The raspberry flavor comes through just fine. With a bit of sugar, it’s a perfect sweet drink.

From Travelling Tea Box C – This one did not leave a big impression on me. I don’t recall any particular flavor and it didn’t leave me wanting more as most of my samples from Fusion Tea did. I love herbals, so I don’t know if this one fell flat or got overlooked and under-remembered after my samplings.

I tried this from Travelling Tea Box C. It was a bit sweeter than I prefer, but it delivered a root beer taste as promised.

From Travelling Tea Box C – A nice black tea with a good combination of vanilla and peppermint and I guess crushed candy canes. I thought I tasted chocolate too, but I’m not sure.

From Travelling Tea Box C. Just a quick note of my impressions-
An interesting combination to say the least, but it was pretty darn good. The smell in the bag and in the cup was very lime like. I could taste the pistachio just a tad. This was my first time having green rooibos and I think I could tell the difference.

I got this out of the Travelling Tea Box C.
I like white teas, but I don’t often buy them. I find them easier to drink because I don’t have to wait as long for them to cool. The flavors are subtle here. I didn’t get an amazing hit of raspberry or champagne, but each did its job and blended well with the white tea.
If you get this tea box, it’s worth sampling.

I haven’t had a lot of luck with fruit flavored black teas (aside from Earl Grey variations), but this was pretty good. As someone else commented, Ceylon tea is a bit mellow so maybe that’s why this works with the fruit flavorings. Not as much zing as a herbal tea, but satisfying when you need a little pep from a black tea.
This was from Travelling Tea Box C and was added by Chuckieroy.

This was the first tea I tried from Travelling Tea Box C. I love herbals and this did not disappoint. The orange is slightly more powerful than the grapefruit, but they go well together. The smell is heavenly. It’s one of those teas you taste and say, “Ahhh… wonderful” Thanks to Chuckieroy for putting it in the box.

I go this from Travelling Tea Box C. Being a chocolate lover and a tea lover, I had to try it. The package was nearly empty when I took it from the traveling box, so I think others must have been tempted too. (I did leave one last portion for the next recipient.)
I liked the tea, but recently I had some other dessert teas that really blew me away. This one didn’t quite rank up there. The chocolate didn’t take me over in the way I thought it was. I enjoyed it okay and it was a nice to tea to have on Christmas morning.

I am so surprised at how much I like this tea. I got it as part of an ESP Flavored Tea Sampler “Chocolate Infusion” and I wasn’t expecting much. To me it comes across as a combination of hot chocolate and light coffee. I only added my usual teaspoon of sugar and WOW! My taste buds were very happy. I consider it to be a great dessert tea.

This is my cat, Morgan, and a teapot my brother gave me for Christmas in 1995. I put yogurt on the tea pot to try to get my cat to lick it for the picture, but she was more interested in seeing what was on my fingers.
My brother had his friend make the teapot for me while he was at college. It has sustained many moves and two children without injury. It is very dear to me and I love it.
I am over a year into my most “serious” tea journey to date and loving my discoveries.
(Update: We had to put Morgan down at the beginning of February 2014. She was a lovely cat.
We adopted two male Tuxedo cats who have been part of the family for the past 8 years.)
