This is my first oolong. The first steep was a very soft flavor, a bit wood/grass like. The second steep tastes more floral and grassy and a bit more complex flavoring.
I tend to favor black teas and sweet flavors but I want to try more oolongs, although my unrefined palate might not appreciate them sufficiently.
