Backlog:
this is an outstanding Ceylon. It is rich and malty. It’s very Assam-like, actually. It has that bold flavor that I normally associate with an Assam. Although, it’s not quite as hefty as an Assam, this isn’t the tea I’d turn to first thing in the morning. But it has a really amazing flavor – I would be more than happy to be sipping on it as an Afternoon tea.
