Thank you TeaEqualsBliss for sending me some of this tea!

This is really lovely! Sweet with lovely fruit notes. I love it when I come across a pure green like this that is stronger on its fruit notes than its vegetal notes! This has more of a fruity taste than one of grass or spinach or beans or peas. I taste notes of sweet nectarine! Hints of mango. This is deliciously juicy and sweet!

The tea is fresh and sweet and it has a brothy sort of texture, but not a strong brothy taste (that is to say it doesn’t taste like veggie broth! It tastes like a broth made of fruit!)

This is really good.

Oh, I’m definitely adding this to my shopping list. I like green tea because I like the Green flavour. That Green flavour is the same everywhere, whether it’s in young peas, baby spinach, or not-quite-ripe bananas. I love that fresh, refreshing flavour. But I’m not a huge fan of the vegetal stuff: the spinach, the veggie broth, the grassiness, the legumes, etc., and those are what usually features most strongly in green teas. One with more fruity than vegetal notes sounds so, so good!

Yes, I found this one to be quite surprising, because I’m used to a stronger “vegetable” note rather than a fruit note from green teas, and this one was so distinctly fruit-ish. So yummy.

The reason I’m no longer writing for SororiTea Sisters is because I am now the Mad Tea Artist for 52Teas:

I’ll still be posting occasional reviews on teas here on Steepster, mostly backlogged reviews because I’m way behind on getting reviews posted. That’s why I’m keeping two accounts active at the current time – so that I can get those backlogged reviews posted.

My favorite teas are Yellow Teas with most Oolong teas at a close second. As far as “flavored” teas go, I love Earl Grey, Chocolate and Jasmine teas.

I also am intrigued by flavored teas with an unusual or unique flavor combination, which is why I was very excited to be the Mad Tea Artist of 52Teas!
