Wow! My all time favourite green. I can no longer order CBTL products so i hoard this tea ;) and buy more when i travel to the States. It would be my daily morning tea if it were more accessible. Until them i will keep hunting for a substitute.
Definitely bitter if you over steep. The tea bags contain more tea than most so a second and third steep are great too.
Great quality green tea for a teabag and beautiful fragrance.
I bought this for my sister in laws visit as a fancy alternative to her favourite Earl Grey. I tried some while she was over and was converted to black tea! Im usually a green tea/herbal tea only fan.
A classic. I prefer tea bags because im lazy and imprecise.
I like a cup at 2pm with a splash of milk (coconut silk) and a sweet.
Preparation
If you liked Paris you may also like their Tower of London and Diamond Jubilee. They offer them in sachets as well, btw.
Bluegree im a fan of TOL….but i still think Victorian London Fog is my fav Harney tea. Thanks for the reccomendations!
I bought this remembering the first time i had EGC at the Granville Island Tea Company when I was 18. This didn’t match my memory and was more malt and vanilla and less bergamot that I remember. My husband loved it and is sipping away.
Not sure if i got a bad batch as I ordered from DavidsTea on Amazon or if it just isnt for me. 2 tsp tea. 475ml water for 5 min as per the package.
I might make a Granville Island purchase to compare.
Edit: i tried a cup today at Davids Tea… I just dont like it.
