This is a light and brisk infusion, starting with herbaceous and citrusy notes, then slowly evolving into base notes of grapes and muscatel. Not my favourite tea, as I find it slightly too astringent for my taste, but pleasant enough.

Flavors: Citrus, Grapes, Grass, Herbaceous, Muscatel

Preparation
190 °F / 87 °C 3 min, 30 sec 2 g 10 OZ / 300 ML

Bio

I’m a law student from northern Italy, I discovered tea thanks to a dear friend. She always invited me at her home in Venice and offered me a different kind of tea every time. I ended up ditching the supermarket teabags in favour of loose leaf. I drink a lot of flavoured teas, but I like pure teas too, especially Darjeeling, Nilgri and Yunnan. I am all in favour of trying new teas and new blends, and I’m in no way a tea purist, experimenting with flavours intrigues me. My other hobbies include knitting, crocheting, jewellery making in a variety of techniques, and reading.
