Picked this up today because I’ve been fighting a nasty cough that just keeps getting worst. My sinuses aren’t plugged, so I definitely picked up the scent of juniper when I opened the bag along with peppermint and eucalyptus…absolutely no orange. The citrus and mint came through when I brewed…quite honestly I probably wouldn’t drink this outside of being sick but it is making my throat feel better and is helping clear my sinuses from the minor congestion they are experiencing so yay.

Kind of smells like a tree in my books…atleast that was my first thought when I opened the bag…its a nice smell though

This is delightful, fruity without being sour and I am so, so, so sad that we ran out and that its a seasonal tea! I really hope they bring it back next year. Its super enjoyable and I will definitely stock up!

I found it to be fruity, sweet with just the right amount of tartness from the hibiscus. I actually really enjoy the slight tartness that comes after the fruity flavour. The colour is gorgeous, reddish-pink and it smells amazing! I’m not a fan of iced teas but I may try this iced!

Mmmm so I revoke my earlier comment about this not being a permanent fixture in my cupboard because its completely and utterly grown on me. I’m on the second steep of my batch today and the flavour hasn’t yet waned although there is definitely an underlying tartness to it that went away with a little bit of agave. Lots and lots of coconut in both the first and second steep – just yum!

I should be in bed but yet I find myself watching Lost Girl and drinking this delightfully tasty tea. Its got the nicest undercurrent of cinnamon and I definitely taste clove, rooibos and orange…YUM. Very sweet and that is just being drunk with no sweetener at all. I’m certainly glad I got this and cannot wait to add more to my cupboard AFTER I finish some more tea…

I bought this along with a few Chai teas from Davids today and got some to go, there is a very light chocolate taste which pairs very nice with the vanilla and coconut. I find its a very smooth, sweet tea which was a nice change from the Hot Lips tea (spicy) I had this morning while in class. I’m savouring it and very glad I bought enough to have a few cups. I’m not sure if it will be a permanent fixture in my cupboard just yet but it will definitely be one I buy more of!

It’s not permanent in my collection, but I do get a small bag on occasion. I like it as a late summer/early fall or late winter/early spring tea…warming and cozy, but not too heavy.

I had this one yesterday before my meeting and all I gotta say is yum! Tastes like an almond cookie. I didn’t really get much cinnamon but when compared to Hot Lips (Davids Tea), Samurai Chai/Chai blend (Teavana) and Cinnamon Hearts (Davids) its a bit of an unfair playing field. Definitely a good dessert tea, and absolutely tasty right up to the last drop. I added a splash of milk which made it really creamy, can’t wait to have more although this came as a sampler so I’m trying to make it last!

This was the first loose leaf tea I ever had and its one of my favourites that I am desperately trying to make last. Its lovely and each steep seems to bring out a different hint of flavours. On the first steep you can really taste the spices, and it makes a beautiful morning tea with just the slightest undercurrent of citrus, the second steep certainly brings out more citrus and on a third steep – albeit weak, you can really taste the white. I absolutely adore this tea for whatever ocassion. I love the multitude of flavours that come with this tea – its like trying something new with each brew!

I love matés. I have recently tried «My Morning Maté» from Teavana and it’s also really good. I think I might go for this Samurai next time!

I’ll have to try My Morning Mate by Teavana, my boyfriend brought this one up for me since he knows I’m a tea drinker and its essentially what started the conversion over to loose leaf. Definitely recommend it!

So had this for my morning tea because who doesn’t like drinking a cup of chocolate-tasting stuff in the morning! Tried it with some milk this morning, it takes the bite of the chili which I’m not sure if I like or not but it definitely smooths out the chocolate flavour and makes it taste like hot chocolate! Definitely recommend it – also made it drinkable quickly. Next time I plan to add another tsp just to make it stronger.

I’ve tried it once…and I’m kind of glad I only purchased 25 g since my first experience with it hasn’t exactly been positive. I steeped it a little longer than expected – the result – bitter, bitter, bitter bleh. Tried to sweeten it but no go. I’m going to try steeping it a little shorter next time but I don’t think this is going to turn into a go-to tea anytime soon. Wasn’t even able to finish off half of a cup.

Hello, I’m a 23 year old veterinary student who has recently gotten addicted to tea. I have my room mate to thank for my new addiction! I’m a particularly large fan of black teas, especially of a chocolate or cinnamon blend however have now found that some floral teas work quite nicely for me.
