This is a tasty black tea that is somewhat malty, but not overpoweringly so. I would venture to say it’s got some chocolate notes in there too. This is I think an all around good black tea. I only brewed this western style but it is good.

I brewed this once in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf for 3 min at 190 degrees. The directions don’t call for water lower than boiling but I took a guess.

Flavors: Chocolate, Malt

Preparation
190 °F / 87 °C 3 min, 0 sec 3 tsp 16 OZ / 473 ML

I am Allan. I live and work in Long Island, New York. I have been amassing a tea collection for nearly two years and have spent way too much money. I now try to buy mostly Puerh as I like it most and it lasts nearly forever. Black tea has a habit of going bad. If anyone is interested in tea swaps I am open to ideas and have quite a cupboard.
