This tea is very malty. There are some subdued chocolate notes behind the malt. It’s a little too malty for my tastes. So far no effect from the GABA but I haven’t finished my cup yet.
I brewed this once in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and boiling water for 3 min.
