Yet another backlog!
This was not something I would have chosen for myself, but I received it from the Oops Inventory week, so I thought I would give it a go. I’m glad I got this! Although the brew was a murky, dark brown (I think I got quite a bit of liquorice), it had a light, pleasant taste. The chamomile was definitely the most predominant taste, but underneath that I could taste the spices quite well. The hibiscus makes a nice addition and adds a kind of juiciness to the end of the sip.
