A formerly London-based friend served this up to me. She prepared it loose cup-by-cup. First the smell is lovely and aromatic, The taste is quite full with a strong but pleasant aftertaste. I’ve heard that it can be served with a splash of milk, which I will have to try. I’ve never had a light pouchong before, which I will have to try and compare this to!

This tea is so flavorful and delicious. I picked it up on the recommendation of the lady who runs my local knitting shop. She advised me to use the same bag to make two full pots of tea, which I found to be totally doable. Lovely, but not overwhelming cranberry taste. Fruity and perfect with a light dessert. I made a raspberry pound cake and it was a good pairing. Ideal on its own too.

I picked this up on a whim because I’ve always loved pomegranate (and the box, not the one featured here, was so pretty). The fruitiness was divine. Makes a great iced tea too.

Loooove this tea. Bergamot is my Achilles’ Heel when it comes to teas. I simply love that flavor. This is perfect for curling up with prose & poetry by some of my French faves – Proust, Duras, Baudelaire. Transporting.
