This is the premium competition grade Alishan oolong.
This tea is harvested from plantations between the elevations of 2400 – 2600 feet.
The brew yields a golden yellow almost chartreuse in tint and had a light to mid viscosity in body. A tea that is lightly roasted and handpicked harvest of 2 leaves and a bud.
The taste is a mild sweetness with a hint of floral and green overtones. Smooth, clean, with a long lasting coating and even stay on the tongue. Tannins are almost non-existant and a clean stay.
