Dry on the nose it smells nutty like peanuts.
Warm on the nose it smells more of peanut butter.
For infusion 1 the tea liquor is bright and slightly cloudy. The flavor is very nutty almost unsalted pistachio. It has a natural sweetness that reminds me of a lightly sweetened vanilla.
During infusion 2 the tea less nutty and more reminiscent of banana bread or other baked breads. It is nutty on the back note. It has a long finish that is quite enjoyable.

The third steeping still had the color, but not much flavor. If this is what roasted buckwheat tea tastes like, I’m a big fan!
