Dry leaves are multicolored,and absolutely beautiful. The dry leaves smell sweet, with a touch of florality. This Honey Scent Oolong brews up a lovely amber color. The first round of brewing is sweet, with obvious honey notes. After drinking, we highly suggest smelling the bottom of your cha hai (茶海), or cup; you will smell a strong honey aroma. The second round has an obvious honey scent with notes of longan fruit. The third round retains the honey – longan scent, but the flavor shifts over to more dominant notes of flowers and longan fruit.
