From Upton Tea Imports

The fine leaves (fannings) produce a sweet cup with balanced flavor. We recommend a two minute infusion, but the tea is mellow and very forgiving, allowing for a longer steeping. A great value for white tea, with a relatively dark liquor, characteristic of Shou Mei.

China

Steeping Suggestions: –
Leaf Quantity: 2¼ g/cup
Water Temp: 180°
