Pretty good assamic tea, nice to have early morning or right after lunch. The flavour is quite strong, so don’t oversteep it.

I discovered this tea while staying at a hotel, my go to black tea was always PG tips but this can be a little harsh tasting if brews too long and the level of tannin is sometimes off putting teamed with already hard water. This tea was so much more balanced and enjoyable as an afternoon tea that it’s now my go to ‘evetyday’ tea.

A nice, round, satisfying tea. It’s nothing enormously special, but it does the job. My standard everyday teas are usually cheap – something that’s hot to comfort the mind, and little more than that. Thankfully this tea isn’t quite so.

This brand has a good flavour, brews decently (seems to lose a lot of strength in a tea-pot though, I often find myself using way more bags than expected just to get the strength my and my partner enjoy). Perfect for a quick cuppa, lovely with a bit of milk and the occasional sugar. Especially good with just a dollop of lemon juice added, nothing more.

There were a couple of teabags of this tea in my hotel room in London last year and I absolutely loved it! Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find it anywhere here in the states. But, if you find it, I would definitely try it. Very Yummy!

This tea is a great one, if not for the good flavour and solid price then prehaps for its super eco-friendly packaging. Got a box of 160 bags as I have developed quite a taste for it of late and the ‘foil’ that holds 40 tea bags together had bio-degradable or something stamped across it. This lead to much head scratching till on the side of the box, clear as day it says that it isn’t in fact foil but wood pulp.

My limited 5 minute tea break at work is one of the best parts if i have one of these.

i find the best way to enjoy this tea it to add 2 teaspoons sugar, teabag in cup.
add hot water.
stir for 30seconds, leave for a further 30 seconds, stir quickly and then remove tea bag.
add milk to desired colour, i prefer a soft brown colour.

then enjoy .
