The herbs in this popular Chinese tea have been used traditionally to help support cleansing and detoxification.* Senna is an herbal stimulant laxative that was used to promote bowel movements.* White Mulberry leaf was used to help tonify the liver.* Persimmon and papaya leaf were used to help support the stomach and balance the chi (energy).* Licorice root is known as the “Great Detoxifier” in Chinese herbal systems.* It was used to augment and harmonize the action of the other herbs.* Follow the advice of your doctor, including their recommendations for a balanced healthy diet, fiber and regular exercise.* Be sure to eat plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, juices and pure water, according to your doctor’s advice.*

Suggested Use:
1 cup after dinner, not to exceed 2 cups in 24 hours.* When first using this tea, make it weak by brewing it briefly.* Or, brew 1 tea bag in 2 cups of water for 2 minutes, remove the tea bag and drink 1 cup hot or cold.* Refrigerate the 2nd cup to drink the next day.* After several days, you may gradually increase the strength to suit your individual taste.* Do not drink for more than 7 consecutive days unless directed by your doctor.*
Brewing Directions:
Pour 1-2 cups of boiling water over 1 tea bag. Let steep 2-5 minutes. Remove the tea bag, squeeze gently.

Oh goodness, I feel for you. Last time I had Smooth Move, it felt like my body was wringing itself out like a soggy towel. It was so miserable.
