In springtime, Japan is ablaze with cherry blossoms. We’ve added rose petals to simulate the blossoms and a delicate aroma reminiscent of the floral scent that fills the air. Sencha is commonly used in Japanese tea ceremonies marking personal importance. Rose Blossoms are often used in healing infusions and is commonly sold in apothecaries. The tea tends light liquoring, fresh and smooth with reasonable depth and body. The cherry flavoring and subtle rose hints give the tea a wonderful exotic character.
