Oh so tasty. I made this with about 6oz of hot water, 6oz of milk, two teaspoons of sugar, and a teaspoon of chai – tossed the whole thing in the blender and mmmm deliciousness. This has that intense spicy punch that you typically find in cafe chai lattes, which I’ve found difficult to replicate at home. It’s pretty well balanced – there’s cinnamon, but not an over abundance of it, and a fair bit of heat (ginger?).

There was a fair bit of gritty mix at the bottom of my cup, but other than needing to skip the last couple of sips this was pretty damned perfect.

This is an instant tea that just requires you to just your hot milk (or soymilk) and the sweetener of your choice. This tea has two taste, the first is the classic chai you know and love, but for me at the ending taste was overpowered with what I think is black pepper.

I’m loving this new Instant chai. I dissolve mine in hot soy milk, add some honey and whisk it with a wire wisk. Better than any chai latte I have ever had!

I’m biased but I think this is the best chai I’ve ever had. It’s real and can be adjusted to suit your taste for spice.
