From The Tea Girl

A light tasting Pai Mu Tan white tea sweetened with flavours of lychee with bright amaranth blossoms and freeze dried apples. A balance of honey hay flavours and lychee fruit.

Blenders Notes: Lychee is a sweet candy like flavour that goes well in light flavoured beverages and desserts. The tea steeps up lightly and allows both the flavour of the white Pai Mu Tan and the lychee to come through. It can be brewed into an iced tea as well, best by brewing double the tea in hot water, sweetening and pouring over ice, but also can be left over night in icy cold water.

ingredients: white tea, apples, amaranth, flavour

Cold Brew!

A little surprised by this one given how light and delicate the lychee was, but in hindsight I think it makes sense because it keeps this super fresh and leans into more of the naturally occurring floral undertones of the white tea. Instead the sweetness and floral dewy fruity notes of the lychee are more present after the sip once the wave of white tea has cleared. It’s just a nice finish and aftertaste of lychee!
