White Dragon Well is a reinvention of one of the most famous teas in China. The green dragon well normally goes through the pan frying process which creates it traditional chestnut aroma. But this White dragon well is not pan-fried, instead it is just withered, giving it a more subtle aroma but just as flavorful. It is characterized by its unique flat pressed appearance covered with small white hair on the bud.

It is a white tea and speculation is that white tea could be the healthiest of all the teas available, because of the rich antioxidants and other minerals that brings an abundance of health benefits.

Temperature: 165F, Heated; Use: 2 tablespoon per 6 ounces of water; Infusion time: 3 – 4 minutes
