I am so sad I am just about out of this one. Maybe about 3 or 4 cups left. I have had this on hand for a while now and only drink it sparlingly, usually depending on mood and I needed a lift today so I reached for this one especially after I saw the new 52 Teas blend I want so bad, the Blueberry Cream Cheese Danish but can’t but now because I promised my husband I wouldn’t for a month. I am now 9 days in and counting, I want more tea so bad. Yes, I have a lot but I don’t care.

Wow, sorry for the rant and back to the tea. Despite the age of this tea it is still amazing, just like the first time I had it. It tastes like almond cookies and just warms you up and puts you in a good mood. I will have to restock once the ban on new tea is over.

“Yes, I have a lot but I don’t care.” I use that line to myself while considering to buy a tea or not! :)

This tea was hiding in the back of the drawer, not surprising, seeing that there was only enough for one more pot of Almond Biscotti tea left. Today was the day though. I think it was the best cup yet, all the small flavoring pieces had settled to the bottom and produced an incredibly smooth, creamy tea that needed neither sweetener nor milk. I will steep the leaves once, possibly twice more, and then this tea will be forever missed.

thank you for including this one in your sale, iHeartTeas! Now this is one of the few Teavana teas (from the few I’ve tried) that I actually like! The safflower looks pretty in this blend. I didn’t know what some of these chunks in the blend are. I looked at the ingredient list and they are cinnamon pieces. There isn’t too much cinnamon flavor and I probably couldn’t have even guessed there was cinnamon without looking at the ingredients, but I wouldn’t want too much cinnamon flavor to drown out the almond. The almond flavor is definitely present — very yummy. There were some almond slices in my infuser, so that helped! The black tea base is decent. It isn’t too strong, so you can still taste the flavor. This does taste like a cookie! But I think I like Joy’s Teaspoon’s Almond Cookie better. (That one isn’t a black tea but it has a gorgeous pink color and more room for the almonds!)

Back at work, but not entirely better from being sick.

Despite the failure to cure myself completely, I deserve a cookie for my efforts these past four days.

Because I’ve been living mainly on green tea and yogurt whilst being sick, I can ease my way back to the harsh reality by drinking a cookie, or even better this tea.

Still as delectable as ever.

Warm, comforting, cinnamony, almond deliciousness. This is hard to beat. I was having a crappy morning, this tea is making it better. It tastes like a drinkable cookie. I seem to remember a commercial recently that used the phrase “tea can do that”. Turn a day around? Yes, this tea can do that. :) (Of course I could probably say that now about quite a few teas, thanks to this little site!)

Thank you Meghann M for the sample!

Its like a cookie in my mouth! I love this one both for mornings and breakfast. It brews really easily and can be enjoyed with or without sugar, depending on how you’re feeling. The smell of the tea when you open it is great and sugar-cookie like. When I brewed it, it made my whole kitchen smell like I’d been baking and the taste is just addictive. Over all, a high rated tea.

I have been craving this tea quite often recently, despite the warmer weather (I always associate almond teas with christmas). Today I am getting quite a lot of cinnamon but the other flavours are standing up quite well. One thing that I have found with this tea is that it can taste very oily and unpleasant if too much leaf is used.

Second steep – latte. Apart from the cinnamon, I can’t really taste any of the other flavours. It’s OK, but I wouldn’t make it as a latte again.

Hmmm this tea is… hmmm, it is a good black tea with an almond flavor and a slight cinnamon flavor lingering around and I must say that by adding about a third of a teaspoon of german rock sugar the “cookie” like taste became more apparent and even more so once it cooled down slightly. I enjoyed this tea, but not one of my favorites… for me it was more so-so, but that is probably me just being biased since I am more of a white and green tea lover.
