From Tealux

A rich and juicy combination of the finest forest fruits and berries makes up our Berry Picking Delight, which is only available from Tealux.

Light top notes of essential orange oil and hibiscus provide a fresh and citrussy aroma that soon melts into the robust body of organic currants, organic schizandra berries and blueberry. Balancing out on base notes of organic rosehips and natural mango flavor, Berry Picking Delight is a complex and aromatic blend of berries and lighter fruit flavors that offers a surprisingly balanced brew.

The red notes of the fruit mix produce a brilliant scarlet infusion when steeped in hot water, and Berry Picking Delight is equally delicious served hot or chilled over ice on those warmer days.

Ingredients: Organic rosehips, organic hibiscus, organic currants, organic schizandra berries, natural blueberry flavor, essential oils of orange, natural mango flavor.

Sample from Evol Ving ness

so tired…working late. long story short – this was a nice one. refreshing berry tea…bold flavour. I’d pick this one up again if i needed a berry/fruit herbal!

Final Count: 105 (yes i’m trying to get one in a day!)

Evol Ving Ness

Happy to hear that you enjoyed this one.

I seem to have gone on a berry trend in this particular swap packet. Somehow, I don’t think I realized that as I was organizing and packaging.

Sil

nothing wrong with that! :)

Evol Ving Ness

Oh good! I seem to be on a berry and/or smoky and/or milky oolong and/or mango thing these days.

Fjellrev

Hope you’ll have some time to relax soon, Sil!

Sil

puppy helps with that every night fjellrev – running around in the field next door :)

The dry leaf smells berry and juicy and summer. Steeped, the truly rich berry, like a basket of assorted dark berries and possibly a bit of fig, with blueberry predominating, continues. When I take a sip, however, the berry taste falls away. The tartness of the hibiscus, rose hip, and black and red currant steps up and takes over with blueberry and slight citrus in the background. Mango may well be in the distance complementing the citrus. As the tea cools a bit, the berries once again take over and remain in the forefront. Nice.

The sipping all the tisanes continues. I have to say that I much prefer Angel Falls Mist to this one, it’s almost too tart (and I like tart things). I’m not getting any mango, but I am getting notes of various berries. It almost reminds me of Teavana’s Sevenberry Sangria, except it lacks the rooibos (that one also benefited from sweetener). This isn’t bad, but an excellent tisane is one that I don’t have to sweeten, and this one doesn’t quite hit the mark.
