From T2

A fresh and lively aroma becomes a delicate, light and engaging flavour with flowers, honeydew melon and a hint of chocolate to finish. High in antioxidants and low in caffeine, this is a multilayered, deceptively complex and refined tea.

This one is ok, i put a little sugar in it and it tasted honeylike, not bad.

I’ve found that with white teas (especially this variety) that I don’t like it when I follow the often cited low temp and short steeping times..I usually have to play around a bit with steeping parameters to really enjoy it.

i did this one at 200 degrees for about 2 and a half minutes, teaspoon of sugar :)

Defines my rating scale. The crack cocaine of teas. A delicate aroma and light astringency leave your mouth and mind refreshed.

It is tempting to add more than a pinch of tea to the pot, but resist; the flavour will evolve with steeping.

For a white tea, the quality is rather poor compared to other brands. In my pack of 50g there’s a large number of twigs in amongst the leaves. the taste is also (and probably as a result) not as good. It’s basically a cheap import tea packaged up cleverly to appeal to younger generation tea drinkers. I think T2 teas are really overpriced if you look at the tea quality – T2’s Pai Mu Tan white tea is another example of this.

Beautiful light, smooth white tea. I re-brew this tea up to three times. Good to the last drop!
More expensive than other teas, but worth it. One of my absolute faves.
Tastes best paired with light, savoury foods, like a salad. Alternatively, perfect on its own.
