From T2

We’ve travelled the world to find these rare and special teas. The crème de la crème of teas lets you escape to a moment of absolute refined indulgence. Silvery tippy dry leaves unfurl to big juicy green leaves that create a mellow green flavour. Explore the brewed leaves while you sip.

These are loosely curled green leaves and white buds from the big leaf species of tea (camellia sinensis assamica) which Yunnan is famous for. The leaf is closed over like a snail with a silvery green colour, this is where this tea got its name.

Brew:1 tsp per 250ml, 1-3 mins at 80°C (176°F) Good for 2-3 infusions

Serve: Hot

Flavour:Robust, umami, lively on the tongue, fresh, light peachy notes, astringent at the end
