One of the most famous green teas in China, often ranked #1 over the famous Longjing (Dragonwell Green Tea) Green Snail, or Bi Luo Chun, is a tightly rolled green tea spiral of very tender and young leaves plucked in early spring. The infusion is a very delicate, slightly fruity and floral, with hints of sweetness and a soft aftertaste. An excellent stand-alone green tea at any time of the day.
