If you go out in the woods today… you’ll stumble upon a feast of flavours. A smooth black tea full of floral and zesty fruits makes this one wild sip.

Brew:1 tsp per 250mls, 2- 3 mins at 100°C

Flavour: Sweet, soft woody, earth fresh flavours

Ingredients:Black tea, raisins, flavouring, orange petals, peony flowers, basil, hazelnut leaves, spruce needles.

Enjoy:Perfect on its own

Lovely afternoon brew when you’re out of milk. I sweeten it with a bit of sugar (but honestly not too much, around half a tsp for 500ml is PLENTY to bring out the sweeter notes).
