From Simpson & Vail

One of Mr. Vail’s 15 original tea blends.

To create an extraordinary cup, we’ve blended Indian teas to produce a bright copper cup with a fresh garden aroma. The hearty, maltiness of Assam teas are balanced by the medium bodied Darjeeling teas to create a blend that has a malty taste with a slight citral finish.

Ingredients: Black teas from India.

Sipdown!
As I have the last cup of this tea, I realize I don’t necessarily need more of this in my cupboard, but it’s a very drinkable, smooth Darjeeling blend. Since I don’t have many Darjeelings, I’ll probably purchase this again.

Flavors: Floral, Metallic, Nutty
