When you brew Dragonwell and the tea leaves rehydrate, can see the distinctly green color of the leaf. It’s clean, grassy flavor is one to savor.
Dragonwell, or Longjing tea is harvested in the early spring from young buds. The leaves are hand roasted in a large iron pan then folded into their flattened shape. Perhaps China’s most well known tea, Dragonwell tastes fresh and sweet with a mellow nutty finish.
