From Simply Good Tea

Dragonwell, or Longjing tea is harvested in the early spring from young buds. The leaves are hand roasted in a large iron pan then folded into their flattened shape. Perhaps China’s most well known tea, Dragonwell tastes fresh and sweet with a mellow nutty finish.
