Darjeeling white teas are rare and special. This year only a very limited quantity is available of this beautiful variety. 100% hand crafted and made at the peak of the First Flush season, this is a stunning example and is referred to as the ‘Nectar of the Gods’.
The bud and young top leaf are a mix of creamy whites, pale jade and vibrant green, with aromas of summer berries and toasted hazelnuts. The infusion yields a bright, light-coloured liquor with delicately sweet flavours and a hint of vanilla and nutmeg. This is a wonderfully refreshing and satisfying tea with complex notes that delight the palate.
