A rarity – new high quality green tea from the Yunnan Province of China. It has a lot of silver tips and whole young leaves hand rolled according to a traditional method.
It has been grown in the mountains of Yunnan, South West region of China, which is very famous for black and Pu erh teas. To keep its freshness and distinctive aroma for longer it has been tightly rolled using the same method as for making Bi Luo Chun tea.
It makes clear greenish liquor with a full bodied character and refreshing delicate sweet flavour. It also has very characteristic slightly flowery aroma.
Brewing tip: Do not put more than 1 tsp per cup as leaves will unwirl and take a lot of space.
