I had to grab this sample from a recent TTB because I loved the idea that this farm makes tea out of its own lavender. It looks like they have a black version, which I’m sure I would have preferred, but oh well! The green tea is a little bitter and not delicious. To be honest I don’t really taste the lavender either. It’s mostly just green tea in the blend, so I guess that makes sense, but is still disappointing. It made a fine cold cup of tea, but I wouldn’t want more.
