Those blossoms are folded in with the tea and then wrapped in paper and steamed over a hot wok to infuse the flavor of the flower into the tea. Then the flowers are picked out. This process is repeated three times for the perfect flavor balance of superior quality green tea and jasmine. This is an everyday jasmine tea of extraordinary quality. This tea will make you swoon!
