having had great success with my first purchase from Pukka (it was Detox, a lovely herbal infusion that is primarily fennel & aniseed) i was tempted to purchase more & since this said ‘Harmonise’, well…
the experience wasn’t exactly harmonious.
tart diluted hibiscus is most pronounced in this & i get a faint aspartame-y, stevia-type aftertaste (could this be the vanilla?) that mingles with the tartness…not good. rose is somewhere i suppose, but this is primarily hibiscus. it does, however, impart a very lovely salmon pink color when infused. much prettier to look at than drink!
if you’re anything like me & can’t resist the urge to purchase this tea on account of its cute packaging (a very unique butterfly-esque Rorschach design with sunflowers, cattails and Cirque du Soleil dancers)…save yourself the money! this couldn’t even double as a nice potpourri.

This is one of my vain buyings. Pukka – have you seen the boxes? I ADORE.
Anyway, It taste good enough. The tea is pink colored? Like the juice from melon.
It smell sweet and bitter. The taste is hard to descibe. I can taste the chamomile, but the taste is topped with a bitternes from the other ingredients. A very odd tea indeed, I can’t compare it with other teas.

Well, there wasn’t much I could do expect laugh at myself.
This shouldn’t distract however that is quite a pleasant tea. It does taste sweet but has a hint of bitterness from making it overpowering. The colour is something you get used too and it smells fantastic.
Even if it’s not your time of the month or if like me you can incapable of having time of the months, I suggest you give this tea a shot if your after something a little different.

Not bad, but not great.
Love the fact that pukkas are organic and all, but not much flavour. I did’t have any sweeteners (natural ones!) when I tested this, I have heard they improve with it.
Tasted like a very watered out strawberry-tea for me, but there isn’t any berries added! Strange. And I have full-flavoured strawberry-teas, no need for one that hardly tastes it..
