Tai Ping Hou Kui is one of China’s ten famous teas. Also known as Monkey King, this unique tea has a complex flavour, sweet tasting with delicate floral tones. The tea leaves are extra long and flat, and are often said to resemble a spear. The leaves are picked from the Shi Da Cha, a large leafed tea plant only found in the Anhui province.
