A few days ago I was musing on reading leaves, & commented that the leaves in my cup formed the shape of a seagull, & that a bird symbolizes the arrival of a message or package. Wouldn’t ya know, that very day I received my tea trade from Spencer!. Also, that very same day, the box Sil had sent to me over a month ago, which we were both mourning the loss of & were convinced that it was lost, was returned to her. So maybe I have a future reading tea leaves? :D
I’d just like to say that Spencer is an interesting dude! I posted a pic of the box he sent on my FB https://www.facebook.com/terri.langerak
And I am really enjoying this tea! The combination of Jin Jun Mei (which I love), with ceylon (which I’m not entirely crazy about, but will drink, & besides, it’s not too prominent here), & Malty Assam? Yeah, Baby, oh yeah! Thanks, Spencer! This is my first tea from Pete’s, & I’ll definitely be looking to grab more of this one!
IF you like lapsang blends I can send you a sample of the Peet’s Scottish Breakfast.
Is peet’s something we can get in US and/or canada? I want tea! i’m itching to buy things teeerrriiiiiii…esp since i found mariage freres and fortnum and mason here in toronto.
I swear there used to be a storefront Peet’s in Vancouver, however I’m struggling to find it now. You can order from their website though, and it’s USPS shipping. http://www.peets.com/tea.html
@Sil – Peet’s is a US coffee/tea chain, I don’t think they have any stores in canada but I could be wrong
Amy, I would love that!
This anniversary blend is very tasty, IMO, especially if you enjoy Jin Jun Mei, which I do.
Sil…looks like it may be time for us to split orders again…:)
terri, send me a DM with your address!
