This tea is much like the white teas of the last few years. There are less sticks than 2018, a few stems here and there. The tea has notably been lightly roasted to take away the color, giving the leaves a nice even brown.

Slight citric-fruity aftertaste and clean minerality. Unique like the 2018 with less complexity. Comforting taste with high energy. The 2019 is definitely worth a try for a different white tea experience. More robust flavor when brewed with water off the boil.
